- RN New Grad Program - provides up to $5,000 of reimbursement for tuition and books per year of nursing school (maximum 3 years) for eligible expenses the teammate incurred while attending nursing school. Applicants must be a recent nursing school graduate (within last 24 months), have passed the RN Boards, and completed 6 months of employment with DaVita before applying
- The Redwoods (MBA) Scholarship Program – helps advance the leadership potential of our leaders by providing scholarships to cover the costs of earning an MBA degree or attending a series of general management courses
- Certification Expenses - reimbursement for various certification exams (pre-exam course, exam costs and exam renewals if required by DaVita)

- KT Family Foundation - Foundation funded by DaVita CEO Kent Thiry and others to provide scholarships to be used for educational expenses, for selected children and grandchildren of our teammates who are in grades 6-11. KT, his wife, Denise, and close friends privately fund this Foundation, and awards range from $1,000 - $3,000
- DaVita Children’s Foundation - DaVita funded foundation that provides college scholarships for selected children and grandchildren of our teammates
