DaVita Children's Foundation
Provides sholarships to children and grandchildren of teammates enrolled in Grade 12 or College. This is an independent program founded and funded by DaVita.
DaVita Village Network
Provides teammates or their dependents with financial aid during a time of crisis, such as a natural disaster or life-threatening emergency.
DaVita Village Town Criers
A network of teammates who help disseminate important news throughout the Village.
K.T. Family Foundation
Provides sholarships to children and grandchildren of DaVita teammates who are in Grades 6-11. This is an independent program founded and funded by DaVita.
Nationwide Shining Stars
Different than the Shining Star Caregiver program, Nationwide Shining Stars are chosen by their Regional Operations Directors (not patients) to represent their teams at the Nationwide Meeting. One Shining Star is named for each region.
One for All New Teammate Orientation
New teammates attending "One for All" orientation gain insight into the Mission, Core Values, DaVita Way and other programs that make DaVita special.
Redwoods
Investing in Facility Administrators, Corporate Manager, Regional Operations Directors (RODs) (and above) by providing post-graduate scholarships. Recruiting and training MBA students and graduates to become RODs or Corporate Directors.
Shining Star Caregiver
Allows our patients to formally recognize outstanding DaVita teammates for going above and beyond in patient care.
Star Troopers
The Star Troopers program helps DaVita's teammates serving in the military know we care. Through Star Troopers, state-side teammates and their families in the Village are able to correspond with teammates actively serving overseas in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. The program allows our military teammates to stay connected to the Village and local activities around the Village, and to know that we're thinking of them - regardless of distance.
Student Internship Program (SIP)
Allowing students from various schools to complete their intership requirements at DaVita.
Triple Crown
DaVita's three-tiered profit-sharing program that rewards teammates for their achievements at the Team, Village and teammate levels.
Village Paradise Award
Recognizing and rewarding Facility Administrators, Business Office Managers, Dietitians and Social Workers for their commitment to DaVita's Mission and Core Values by providing an all-expense-paid vacation.
