Current teammates holding leadership roles can apply for the Redwoods Scholars program. Teammates selected for this program will receive exeptional leadership development, such as a full scholarship to attend a highly-ranked MBA program or continuing executive & leadership development courses at top-notch schools across the country*.
- Available to Facility Administrators, Regional Operating Directors, Corporate Managers and above
- Teammates must be nominated by their Vice Presdident and meet certain criteria
- Covers entire costs (tuition, books, fees, etc.)
- Service commitment of three years is required after the completion of the educational program
Additional training and guidance for our Redwood Teammates can include development sessions, executive exposure, mentorship, and specialized enrichment.
