DaVita Rx was created in 2005 to provide high-quality pharmacy care to patients receiving dialysis in our clinics. Today we operate 3 pharmacies – in Orlando, Dallas and the San Francisco Bay Area – that serve over 10,000 patients in 28 states.
Because we work closely with patients, their families and their healthcare professionals we specialize in meeting the unique and complex needs of patients suffering from kidney disease.
