Get Stuff Done, or GSD as we call it at DaVita is essential to being successful as a Regional Operations Director (ROD). In this role you will have the opportunity to be completely accountable for your team’s operational, financial and cultural accomplishments. Not only are you responsible for up to $50MM P&L, you also have the opportunity to lead a team of 10-12 direct reports. Regional Operations Directors are exceptionally involved each day with the dialysis centers within their region and the 200 or more teammates that provide care in those clinics.
In a Regional Operations Director job, you are not only focused on the operations of your current clinics and teams, but also in pursuing new opportunities. We have grown significantly over the last five years and are looking to accelerate that growth even further. As a ROD you will play a major role in leading successful operational conversions and acquisitions.
