  • Legal and financial consulting and planning
Headspace
An no cost app that includes simple exercises and guided meditation to help you and your family learn the life-changing skills of meditation and mindfulness to feel happy, stress less and sleep soundly. We like to think of it as a gym membership for the mind.

We are proud that DaVita teammates are helping to protect our country. If you are called to military active duty, DaVita is dedicated to supporting you and your family during your deployment.
Differential Pay
We understand the hardship you may face if your military pay is less than the pay you received from DaVita prior to your leave. To help you, we are offering Differential Pay which you are eligible for regardless of the length of deployment.​​​​​​​
Continued Medical Coverage (COBRA)
Teammates who are on duty for less than 30 days will retain their current coverage. If you are deployed for more than 30 days, DaVita will subsidize your COBRA medical insurance premiums
Return to Work Support
We know that you may need some additional time off after the completion of your deployment. DaVita offers a structured re-introduction process to help you adjust to your former work schedule.
