Acute RN, Full Time, Days, 8-hour shifts, Exempt Leadership Role
This position supports the acute care setting at Hurley Medical Center
The Clinical Nurse Manager is a leadership position that partners with the program manager (Facility Administrator) to oversee the team, clinical /financial outcomes. This position acts a liaison between the physicians, hospital and DaVita. As a leader, this position is responsible for coordination of teammate assignments, patient care and acts as a resource to others. The schedule is flexible; however, it is usually Monday-Friday, 8 hr shifts. As a leader, there may be times that after hour or weekend support is needed.

You will also work in a direct patient care participating in dialysis treatments using your clinical assessment of skills, providing the highest level of care to our patients and ensure their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
