Position Description

VillageHealth is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial strategic business initiative within DaVita focused on the cutting edge of healthcare. This role will be involved in overall project management work to support our CKD Education program, Kidney Smart. This position participates in the planning and execution of program goals and managing metrics associated with meeting those goals, working closely with the broader DaVita enterprise.


  • Leads Kidney Smart program initiatives to drive program goals – acting as national coverage liaison for several divisions across the country
  • Analyzes and problem solves to ensure program deliverables and goals are met, working closely with business and clinical leadership teams
  • Initiates and owns program initiatives to drive to goals
  • Prepares, reports on, and manages against targets/goals
  • Develops practical and creative solutions to address key issues
  • Prioritizes requests based on achieving the greatest clinical results and overall objectives of the program
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Travel required: 20-30%

  • Bachelor's degree in related area; graduate degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate business role
  • Project management and healthcare related experience preferred
  • Prior experience measuring and analyzing program goals and performance
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
