us in regard to a position as a Manager, Project Implementation at our
home office in Vernon Hills, Illinois. This role will manage projects related to company growth through implementation of
new services lines, and operational process assimilation for joint ventures.
The Project Implementation Manager will be responsible for the cross-coordination and completion of
projects related to the growth and development of vascular centers.
This position provides oversight of the center development related
process which includes identifying the project scope, developing and
implementing an action plan, and establishing project timelines. Key
responsibilities include coordinating and tracking efforts between eleven
functional areas required to develop and operate a surgery center. In this position,
you will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, adjust
priorities accordingly, and requires strong critical thinking, meeting
facilitation, communication, and time-management skills. The Project Implementation Manager may be required to perform a variety of other functions related to
center planning, growth, development and maintaining operations of existing
centers. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in this
role. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development.
- Manage and track center
development related projects including but not limited to creation of new
centers, closure of centers, conversion of centers to limited liability
corporations and ambulatory surgery centers
- Facilitate and track due
diligence information and review operations of surgery centers for
acquisition and joint ventures so that they can be assimilated into our
operational protocols and processes
- Resolve issues and identify
opportunities for process improvement and create action plans as
- Oversee implementation of
activities with functional departments related to center operations
including but not limited to facility licensure, billing and collections,
recruiting, purchasing of medical equipment and supplies, computer
and telecom integration, clinical operation and training processes.
- Facilitate team meetings, phone
conferences, and training as needed
- Develop and maintain project
tracking reports (Work Breakdown Structures, Dashboards, and

- High school diploma or
- Bachelor's degree in related
area strongly preferred; construction management experience a plus
- Minimum of three (3) years'
project management experience required; healthcare industry experience
- Advanced computer skills and
proficiency in MS Excel and Word required; intermediate skills and proficiency
with MS PowerPoint and Outlook required; advanced proficiency with project
management software required
