Position Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate technical information to numerous audiences (including senior management), develop relationships inside and outside of IT, deliver technical recommendations and influence others to change their approach.
  • Function as a Technical SME within the phases of an IT program, including development of future state designs and specifications for application and technical architectures and application development.
  • Contribute to the overall alignment of IT delivery to the needs of the business.
  • Should possess below mentioned technical/functional skills.

Qualifications

BPM Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Expertise with IBM Business Process Designer V8.0 or higher.
  • Experience in modeling simple and complex business process definitions.
  • Experience in developing and using Advanced integration services (Webservice integration, Java integration, Content Integration).
  • Knowledge of the IBM BPM and SOA product stack including WebSphere Application Server, ESB, Process Server, Modeler, Monitor, ILOG etc. is definitely a huge plus.
  • Experience in building and configuring Human Services and Coaches.
  • Very strong BPM UI development skills including javascript/dojo/jquery (both coach views and heritage coaches)
  • Experience in developing and using toolkits.
  • Experience with Brazos toolkit a plus
  • At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the IBM BPM Suite.
  • Experience developing Decision Services.
  • Experience implementing decision gateways and events.
  • Experience developing and configuring UCAs.
  • Experience in process simulation / testing using Process Inspector.
  • Expertise in messaging / asynchronous patterns (MQ and JMS).
  • Experience in developing Ajax Service.

IMDG Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Design and develop IMDG capabilities in an application.
  • Experience in IBM eXtreme Scale.
  • Integrating eXtreme Scale with other middleware products.
  • Experience in Cache Solution.
 
Java Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Java – Experience in Java. Minimum V6, higher versions preferred.
  • Knowledge of J2EE technologies is required eg JSP, servlets, EJBs, JDBC, JSF.
  • SOA experience is required – Webservices (WSDL/Schema Design), XML , XML Parsers.
  • Knowledge and experience of build and deploy process.
 
Generic/Soft Skills:
  • Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to plan/track tasks/activities.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Agile development experience is required.
  • SAFe methodology experience is a plus.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication, inter-personal, presentation skills.
  • Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams.
