General Purpose of the Job:
Directs new strategic growth initiatives for Lifeline and ensures existing business and physician relationships are maintained. Identify existing vascular access centers, engage physician owners, and negotiate new Manage Service Agreements or Joint Venture opportunities. Uncovers opportunities to deliver new centers for vascular access to underserved markets through physician practice joint venture partnerships, Lifeline Joint Ventures or De Novo Lifeline owned ventures. Works with existing centers to expand current service lines or develop new physician partners. Will work with senior leadership to uncover new clinical or growth opportunities to compliment current base in vascular access.

Lead and support the development of growth plans and initiatives; determine business models and drive their development in qualified markets
Negotiate through multiple legal agreements (MSA, PSA, OA, CPA, etc.) maintaining favorable position for Lifeline
Identify and contract with interventional Nephrologists, Vascular Surgeons and other interventionists to provide new services at access centers
Identify and create successful merger/acquisition opportunities with independent physician practices
Develop financial pro formas for Management Service Agreements (MSA), Joint Venture (JV), Acquisitions and other business growth business opportunities and successfully negotiate
Other duties as assigned.
