Position Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

 

This role will be responsible for strategic management of a team of 4-6 recruiters and one recruiting coordinator, as well as strategic partnership to internal business leaders to ensure recruiting effectively impacts business results.  Experience an exciting opportunity to put your coaching, influencing, leadership and visionary skills to the test in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

  • Enhance and maintain the full cycle recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps, and work flows).

  • Evaluate the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

  • Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.

  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

  • Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.

  • Conduct job interviews for the Executive job position

  • Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.

  • Manage and develop the team of Recruiters.

  • Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.

  • Execute training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources
  • 10+ years of full cycle, high volume recruiting experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience managing recruiting teams of at least 5-10 people
  • Must have a philosophy that is consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the organization
  • Must be results driven and able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including effective leadership, coaching, performance management, mentoring, budget and project management.
  • Exceptional expertise in innovative sourcing strategies, tools and recruitment channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships at all levels and develop a strong, consultative-style partnership. Strong influencing skills.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, with strong follow-through and the ability to think on his or her feet.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, tasks and teams in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
  • Strong focus on customers, accountability, teamwork, collaboration and decisiveness.
  • Ability to drive key business initiatives through positive relationships, effective communication and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred:

  • MBA, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Master's degree in Human Resources
