About the Opportunity

As we continue to rapidly grow in Salem, Oregon, we are looking for a leader and manager to lead one of our outpatient dialysis centers. General Operations Manager role includes full responsibility for team, clinical outcomes, operations, P&L (financials), and growth.

Responsibilities

 

·         Deliver best in class patient outcomes across key clinical indicators (infection rates, vascular access, fluid management, etc.). Elevate performance of clinic from CMS 3 Star to 5 Star levels in 6 months.

  • Build a strong, stable and cohesive team – including hiring and firing, onboarding and training, and coaching and developing.
  • Own the P&L for the outpatient dialysis clinic and drive bottom line results to consistently meet budget while ensuring excellent patient care.
  • Independently identify performance gaps, and develop and implement improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement across key performance areas.
Lead local and regional initiatives as needed to support the broader management team.

Qualifications


  • Associate's Degree with relevant work experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proven ability to drive results and demonstrate continuous improvement
  • Supervisory experience managing a team
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required. A passion for what we do is a must!
