This position is responsible for gathering, defining and managing business requirements for all ROPS applications with the goal of improving business processes and systems within Revenue Operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Regularly communicate and collaborate with ROPS Leaders to understand and analyze current and future business initiatives, critical issues, and opportunities for additional efficiencies and revenue generation
Work with ROPS Leaders to determine revenue impact and perform return on investment (ROI) analysis to develop business case for requested changes.
As a member of the ROPS Business Analyst team, review and evaluate requested changes and business requirements, for coordination and alignment with overall ROPS and IT strategic visions.
Maintain business requirements/system capabilities, keeping them current
Single point of contact for all requested changes to ROPS systems
Analyze requests from ROPS Leaders to determine if they require changes to business processes, ROPS systems, or both
Develop skills to become a ROPS process, systems and revenue cycle expert
Serve as a liaison to ROPS Business Leaders and IT Product Managers
Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Attends team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or needed
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Travel required up to 20%
