As a Patient Registration Technician Teammate, you are responsible for completing registration for incoming patients by entering in all pertinent document information into the system during the DaVita Rx Onboarding process. You provide attention to detail and understand the critical impacts of your role to the overall success of the patient experience.

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy Technician Certification required; in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
