Do you have strong, customer-focused skills and a genuine desire to help others? DaVita Rx offers you the unique opportunity to apply your skills as part of our new Unity Team. You work alongside exceptionally supportive teammates who work well together and make sure to have Fun (one of our Core Values). Best part of all, you’re making a difference in patients’ lives, every single day.
The Unity Team makes outbound calls to patients who are either late refilling their medication, not utilizing our Refill Management System; utilizing more than one pharmacy for their medications, or who are at high risk for leaving DaVita Rx service due to service complications. With empathy and a passion to serve patients well, your calls could involve:
Verifying with patients their current prescription therapy, asking if they are taking as prescribed, and in general, functioning as a bridge between the patient and the pharmacist with the goal of improved clinical outcomes for the patient.
Seeking to resolve any service related issues. The goal is to ensure the patient understands the value and importance of filling their medications with DaVita Rx and agrees to have us provide that service.
Reviewing and resolving patient complaints to improve patient retention and customer satisfaction for DaVita Rx. To enjoy and excel in the role, you bring your patience, flexibility and people skills to every interaction. You feel the satisfaction of understanding the patients’ needs and truly helping them.
Hours are 10am – 7pm.
