manage our growing pipeline of increasingly complex transactions, DaVita is
seeking to add a Transaction Director to our Lifeline team. Functional responsibilities
- Negotiation of
deal documents including letter of intents, purchase agreements, operating
agreements, management services agreements, medical director agreements and
leases related to acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures
internal review across multiple functions including legal, compliance, finance,
accounting and field operations
operations team with growth strategy development/execution
- Collaborate with
Senior Financial Analyst to evaluate target companies, oversee due diligence
teams, and create internal and external deal presentations

deal process from initial stages through closing

knowledge of M&A valuation, transaction structuring, and deal terms
- Strong financial,
analytical, and interpersonal skills
with ability to immediately to manage multiple transactions

understand health care services regulatory environment and to spot issues as

- Willing to travel
~5-10 nights a month or more
- At least 5 years
experience in managing (as the primary responsible party) and negotiating acquisitions
and joint ventures
- Prefer prior
experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or
- Health Care
industry experience preferred, but not required
- MBA from a
