We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead, develop and mentor a portion of DaVita’s Admissions Operations Team. This team is directly responsible for facilitating the permanent placement of new patients in DaVita facilities.
The right candidate for this position will have strong communication skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service, while simultaneously being able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset. They will also be capable of managing in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with overseeing a team of 10-12 individuals in their daily responsibilities to ensure they meet desired goals and objectives, while proactively working with other Admissions Supervisors and Management to maintain consistent practices across the entire Admissions team, identify opportunities for improvement, and be able to drive the implementation of new processes and procedures.
