GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />
This position is responsible for managing multi-line claims, including Workers’ Compensation, Property, and other assigned claim losses. The role acts as a direct liaison between management staff, employees (teammates), claim adjusters, carriers, insurance brokers and defense counsel. The position is accountable for handling claim analysis, expediting claim settlements, and providing claims support to teammates at all levels within the Company.

o Understand and follow all Company policies, including Claims handling and reporting policies and procedures
o Flexible schedule and ability to travel, if required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
· Require a minimum of two years’ experience managing Workers’ Compensation claims
· Must have intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint)
