Position is responsible for ensuring smooth and effective operations of Lifeline’s IT systems with a strong focus on EHR related system resolution and system level user administration. May also be responsible for user administration functions in ancillary systems i.e., PACS and Document Management. Charged with resolving general IT issues within the Access Center environment by ensuring center teams are following correct issue resolution protocols. Responsible for assisting new center set-up and maintenance of all IT and phone systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to team members and centers on IT related issues to ensure the silent running of IT systems
- Directly support NextGen issue resolution and user setup
- Peripheral support of PACS related application issues and implementations.
- New center set-up and maintenance of IT systems
- Assist in the creation of documentation regarding EHR system usage
Minimum of 2 (2) years’ IT management experience required
Demonstrated expertise in EHR technology
Familiarity with User setup utilizing Microsoft AD
Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Healthcare Experience preferred
Experience in Service Delivery and application support for large organizations desirable
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups
Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the company
