Director of Client Services
This position is responsible for supporting the clients as a communication, engagement and relationship liaison. This position is located within the Philadelphia, PA area, with daily travel/commute within the vicinity. This position works strategically to identify areas of opportunity within both ends of our business, to create and influence execution on solutions.

DaVita Health Solutions offers payors and risk-bearing organizations a suite of home- and outpatient-based care programs to address the needs of their high-risk, medically complex patient populations. Its programs include physician-led house calls that extend primary care into the home with a heavy focus on palliative care and behavioral health, advanced post-acute care with employed SNFists and integrated kidney care.
DaVita Health Solutions leverages more than 15 years of experience in managing high-risk patients under at-risk and shared savings arrangements. Through its medical group, DaVita currently operates house calls programs that serve more than 12,000 patients in five markets, in partnership with 4,000 independent and employed primary care physicians. Through its integrated kidney care division, DaVita manages the total care for more than 20,000 renal patients, of which nearly 7,000 are under at-risk arrangements, in 16 markets and several national programs.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Work as the relationship expert to our providers
Establish and maintain relationships with primary care physicians to enhance communication between the business and the independent
Work as a part of a cross functional team to deliver on business needs
Identify and create solutions for both the business and contract support
Strong utilization of internal networking and resources
May lead and influence group of members through new processes/procedures
Assist with the facilitation and coordination of interface/communications between the business and the member
Works with operational leaders to develop solutions
Report out to providers on how to improve processes
Articulate the value of our services/product to the provider
Lead and/or support special projects as assigned or needed
Travel required: up to 50% - local travel
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
Bachelor’s degree in related area required.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, consulting, and/or physician consulting required
Experience in development of new medical facilities or physician practice management or healthcare plan provider engagment
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; intermediate proficiency in Outlook required
