At DaVita, we use a lot of acronyms and jargon that you may not have heard before. When interviewing, don’t be shy to ask one of our teammates what they mean and we hope these tools help as well.
Team: A group of people linked in a common purpose.
As a teammate, you become a member of your local facility or neighborhood business office team and you also become a citizen of something bigger, something great, and something unique- the DaVita Village. Within the United States there are regional teams, shown in the map below. Each team has a unique “Palmer” Group name, a leadership team and goals that they are working toward. The teams engage in friendly competition for the best clinical results while we are all working together toward our Mission to be the Provider, Partner and Employer of Choice.
