Working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is a great career path option if you're a Registered Nurse (RN) looking to build meaningful and lasting relationships with patients. We partner with a network of SNFs to deliver high-quality on-site dialysis kidney care for patients using a den model. The den model utilizes a common room in a SNF, consisting of approximately six hemodialysis stations, where our dedicated RNs and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) deliver dialysis treatment to patients. In this role, you'll have regional support from local dietitians and social workers. We offer positions and growth opportunities at all skill levels. In this unique modality, you are the heart of the dialysis den, actively partnering with SNF clinicians to treat the whole patient. Your impact doesn't stop when the dialysis treatment ends.
