The HSG Residency Program, launched on January 1, 2021, supports new graduate nurses through their first year in an Acute setting as they adjust to becoming a dynamic Nephrology Nurse! The program includes a self-paced curriculum, monthly support calls, and requires a time commitment of two hours every month.
