DaVita Salutes Program
We are proud that DaVita teammates are helping to protect our country. If you are called to active duty, DaVita Salutes, our military support program, can help you and your family during your deployment.
Differential Pay             
We understand the hardship you may face if your military pay is less than the pay you received from DaVita prior to your leave. To help you, we are offering Differential Pay which you are eligible for regardless of the length of deployment.​​​​​​​
Continued Medical Coverage (COBRA)
Teammates who are on duty for less than 30 days will retain their current coverage. If you are deployed for more than 30 days, DaVita will subsidize your COBRA medical insurance premiums.
Return to Work Support
We know that you may need some additional time off after the completion of your deployment. DaVita offers a structured re-introduction process to help you adjust to your former work schedule.
Quarterly Subsidy Pay 
We offer subsidy pay for teammates that are on approved military leave for at least one day of service per quarter.
Hiring Our Heroes        
Provides transitioning service members with professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. The professional development offered through the program prepares you for a smooth transition into your new career.
Village Veterans TRG   
Teammate Resource Group (TRG) for connecting and supporting Veterans, service members, military-connected teammates and families.
