As a Facility Administrator (FA) at DaVita, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and teammates of a dialysis facility, with a primary focus on ensuring we deliver high-quality patient care. Each day will bring different challenges, but you will have the autonomy to lead the workflow for a clinical team comprising nurses, patient care technicians, dietitians, social workers, and other clinical staff, empowering your teammates to adhere to best practices and established processes. Your responsibilities will also include managing financial and patient care aspects, ensuring compliance with safety and risk regulations, and overseeing facility equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting and hiring staff and promoting an environment that fosters the professional and personal growth of your teammates.
