As a facility administrator (FA) at DaVita, you'll manage the overall operations and staff of a DaVita hemodialysis facility, ensuring high- quality patient care. While every day will present different areas of focus, you'll have independence and autonomy to lead work flow functions for a clinical staff of nurses, patient care techs, dietitians, social workers and other clinical staff, empowering teammates to follow through on best practices and processes. You'll oversee financial and patient care management, safety and risk compliance and facility equipment management. You'll take a lead role in interviewing and hiring staff, and proactively facilitate an environment that encourages teammate development.
