As a patient care technician (PCT) at DaVita, you can expect a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment. While most PCT jobs are in a clinical (DaVita Dialysis Clinic) setting, there are other settings where a PCT can work, such as Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, and Home Dialysis. Whether you're new to health care or looking to grow in your career, DaVita offers challenging and rewarding opportunities for all skill levels. PCT candidates do need to complete an assessment as part of the application process.

Interested in Pursuing an Associate's Degree in Nursing?

We want you to reach your professional goals! When you join DaVita as an active full-time PCT/LVN/LPN (must work for 6 months), you become eligible to apply to the DaVita Bridge to Your Dreams training program, designed for those interested in pursuing an Associate's Degree in nursing (ASN) and becoming a nurse at DaVita. The program covers prerequisite courses, the nursing school program, and includes tuition assistance for materials and exams.
