Leads facility initiatives, coordinates PCTs, and is trained in multiple modalities. Coaches teammates, may be a preceptor, takes on additional roles such as master mixologist, expert cannulator, Kidney Smart instructor, and modality educator.PD/HHD: Facilitator for modality choice.
