"I loved being part of the Transition to Practice program. It supported me in my nursing journey by deepening my understanding of how to care for dialysis patients. The program also helped build my confidence in communicating with physicians, patients, and clinic staff, and gave me a clearer understanding of how each team member contributes to the dialysis care process."
"I came to DaVita for the growth and development opportunities, I stay for the community that I've met along the way."
